宿泊料金のお支払い方法変更について
平素より当館をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび当館では、精算業務の円滑化およびチェックアウト時のお手続きの簡素化を目的として、2026年10月1日より宿泊料金のお支払い方法を変更させていただくこととなりました。(2026年10月1日以降の宿泊より適用)
これまで現地決済のお客様につきましては、主にチェックアウト時にご精算いただいておりましたが、変更後は原則として、チェックイン時に宿泊料金および入湯税をご精算いただきます。
なお、ご滞在中に追加でご利用いただいた飲食代・売店利用代・その他館内利用料金につきましては、チェックアウト当日の朝7:00からチェックアウト時間までにフロントにてご精算をお願いいたします。
■変更後のお支払い方法
チェックイン時
宿泊料金 ＋ 入湯税を精算
※事前カード決済等により、すでに宿泊料金のお支払いがお済みのお客様につきましては、現地でのお支払いが必要となる入湯税を、チェックイン時にご精算いただきます。
ご滞在中
飲食代・売店利用代・その他館内利用料金等は追加利用分として計上
チェックアウト当日
朝7:00からチェックアウト時間までに追加利用分をご精算
※旅行会社・法人契約等によるご予約については、それぞれの契約・精算条件に基づき対応いたします。

Change in Payment Method for Accommodation Fees
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our hotel.
To streamline our billing processes and simplify check-out procedures, we will be changing the payment method for accommodation fees effective October 1, 2026. (Applicable to stays on or after October 1, 2026)
Previously, guests who paid on-site typically settled their bills at checkout; however, following this change, as a general rule, you will be required to pay your accommodation charges and the hot spring tax at check-in.
Please note that any additional charges incurred during your stay—such as food and beverage expenses, purchases from the gift shop, and other on-site fees—must be settled at the front desk between 7:00 a.m. on the day of checkout and your scheduled checkout time.
■ Payment Method After the Change
At Check-in
Pay the accommodation fee + hot spring tax.
*Guests who have already paid the accommodation fee via advance credit card payment or other methods will be asked to pay the hot spring tax—which must be paid on-site—at check-in.
During Your Stay
Food and beverage charges, gift shop purchases, and other on-site service fees will be billed as additional charges.
On the Day of Check-out
Please settle any additional charges between 7:00 a.m. and your check-out time.
*For reservations made through travel agencies or corporate contracts, we will handle them in accordance with the respective contract and payment terms.
